We produce our HP series carbon rims using strict aerospace manufacturing processes and technologies. If there are excessive voids in the inner carbon fiber products, the fatigue resistance will be reduced.

This is also a very important requirement in the aerospace industry. In order to make a perfectbond between the carbon fiber layers, we perform 3 separate vacuumcure steps in the production of each rim. This makes a multi-layer fiber rim that is compact and free of voids.
