Q1: What is the Warranty for X-BIKE carbon rims&wheels?

A1: 1 year and half warranty for superlight HP series. 1 year warranty for normal XB series. If any quality problems on our side occurred in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q2: What is braking surface? How much temperature could endure?

A2: Basalt surface. It could endure 240℃when the riders braking.

Q3: What is carbon fiber produced the rims or wheels?

A3: High TG Toray 1000, M40 and T700 melt together for producing superlight HP series carbon rims and wheels.

High TG & Toray 700 carbon fiber for normal XB series products.

Q4: What is finish for carbon rims&wheels?

A4: UD 3K matte/glossy. Decal and painting service for OEM your brands.

Q5: What is rims and wheels size?

A5: 700c (28 inch).

Q6: What is test report the rims and wheels got?

A6: SGS, EN 14781 test report.

Q7: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

A7: For small order, express will be best and our factory will pay the custom for Europe customers. For bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time.
